I’m Niamh, a AfN certified Nutrition Advisor specialising within Gut Health. I have been studying the field of nutrition and wellbeing for YEARS, and yet still have struggled with the frustrating symptoms of poor gut health. It is so ironic that the very cause of all my discomfort and energy slumps for so long, was also the solution to it all - my gut microbiome.
I have discovered gut health plays a major role in influencing our livelihood and it isn’t just what we eat that affects it - it’s how we eat, our stress levels and our sleep quality that impact it too.
