  • Notes and observations from consultations. 

  • Intake forms, food and activity diaries or symptom trackers.

  • Provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance tailored to your needs.

  • Monitor your progress and adapt your plan accordingly.

  • Communicate with you between sessions.

  • Meet any legal or insurance requirements for health professionals.

All information you provide is stored securely:

  • Digital files are kept in encrypted, password-protected systems.

  • Emails and Google Meet communications are managed through secure platforms.

  • Paper notes (if any) are stored in a locked location.

Only I (Niamh Haslam) have access to your information. I will never share your data with third parties unless legally required or with your written permission.

4. How Long I Keep Your Information

Client records are stored for 7 years in line with standard professional and legal guidelines. After this time, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
